All consultations at Bloom are conducted by, or under the direct supervision of, Dr Michelle Bosman.

By booking a consultation, you agree to provide accurate and complete information about your medical history.

Cancellation Notice:: We require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Late Arrivals:: Arriving more than 15 minutes late may require your appointment to be rescheduled.

No-Show Policy:: Missed appointments without notice may incur a fee.

Payment is due at the time of consultation unless otherwise agreed in advance.

Medical Schemes:: Some consultations may be claimable from your medical scheme; you are responsible for submitting your own claims.

Individual results vary and cannot be guaranteed for any treatment or programme.

Bloom's liability is limited to the value of the specific consultation or treatment provided.

All patient information is treated as strictly confidential, in line with our Privacy Policy and applicable medical ethics guidelines.

Information is only shared with your explicit consent or as required by law.
